With your Conversations business number, you can receive texts, pictures, and documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT), and calls from the app —including international numbers—so you don’t have to share your personal number with customers. To send texts, you’ll need to be on a paid plan with a verified business. Registering a local number requires a one-time $19 fee, while toll-free number registration is free. Your subscription includes a generous amount of calls and texts, and most users do not exceed these limits; details can be found in our fair use policy in the Conversations terms and conditions. You can choose whether you want to make and receive calls on GoDaddy Conversations through an internet connection (mobile data/wifi connection) or by connecting your business number to your personal cellular number. Data and calling rates may apply without unlimited data or calling plan.
