Connect GoDaddy Conversations to social media
Step 2 of the Set up GoDaddy Conversations and connect with customers series
If you have a Facebook business page or Instagram professional account, connect it to GoDaddy Conversations to receive and respond to messages you’re sent through Facebook and Instagram.
- If you have a paid GoDaddy Conversations plan, you can download and install the GoDaddy Conversations mobile app.
- Follow the steps to connect Conversations to Facebook.
- Follow the steps to connect Conversations to Instagram.
Note:
- GoDaddy Conversations will not work with personal Facebook pages. To create a Facebook business page, visit Facebook’s Create a business page.
- Your Instagram professional account must be linked to your Facebook page so that you can use the Facebook login to access the account.
