Add discounts with the original Catalog app

Create and manage custom product or order discounts from the Catalog app on your GoDaddy smart terminal. Applicable discounts are automatically applied during the order process.

These steps cover how to apply discounts through the original Catalog app. To determine which version you have, launch the Catalog app on your GoDaddy smart terminal. If the app header matches the image below, you’re using the updated Catalog app. Check out our info for adding discounts in the updated Catalog app.

1. On the smart terminal home screen, tap Catalog.
   • To change to a different catalog, tap Switch, then tap the catalog name.
2. Apply a discount to items in a specific category or to all items in the catalog:
   • All items in a category: Tap the category name, tap Disc, and then tap Add Discount.
   • All items in the catalog: Tap Disc and then tap Add Discount.
3. In the Code field, enter a name to help differentiate this discount from others you create.
4. Set the Type to either % (percentage) or $ (fixed amount).
5. Enter a discount Percent (%) or Amount ($).
6. Switch on the Pre-Tax toggle to apply the discount before tax is applied to the order.
7. Tap Done.
