We’re happy that you’ve chosen to use GoDaddy Payments as your payment processor, and we want you to be happy about it, too. We’re committed to giving you the best possible service, but sometimes things can go wrong – and if that happens, we want to hear from you.
Reporting general issues, questions or feedback
If you have any issues, complaints or questions about GoDaddy Payments, please contact us for assistance. Our GoDaddy Guides are here to help.
To help us resolve your problem quickly, please have the following info handy:
- Your name
- The email address and phone number where you can be contacted
- The business name (DBA Name in your Dashboard settings) associated with your GoDaddy Payments account
- Your Customer Number
- Your Support PIN
- Summary of your issue. We may request additional documentation from you, if applicable.
Our goal is to address any issues as quickly as possible. If we can’t provide an immediate resolution, we’ll send you an acknowledgement by email before investigating and providing you with a final response.

To make sure we address your complaint accurately, make sure to provide all requested information in the form. (Your DBA Name is in the Dashboard settings associated with your Payments account.)
What to expect:
- We’ll send you an email acknowledging receipt of the complaint within 5 business days
- We’ll investigate the complaint and provide a final decision within 20 days of receiving the complaint, including:
- A summary of the complaint
- The final results of the investigation
- An explanation of the final decision
- Information on how to escalate the complaint further if needed
- If a decision can’t be made within 20 days, we will inform you of the delay, the reason for the delay, and the new expected response time.
Please note that the information being submitted may be shared with your PCNO, acquirer, processor or financial institution so that we can accurately address your concerns.
