GoDaddy Payments Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

You are eligible for the referral program described below (the “Program”) only if you are an existing and transacting customer of GoDaddy Payments in good standing as determined solely by GoDaddy Payments.

Valid Referrals

You can earn Referral Rewards (as defined below) for converting your friends, family members, or colleagues’ eligible businesses (“Prospects”) into GoDaddy Payments customers. For a Prospect to qualify as a “Valid Referral” under these Program terms and conditions (the “Terms”), each of the below criteria must be met:

1. You must refer a Prospect to GoDaddy Payments who then contact GoDaddy Payments Sales Team.
2. The Prospect must not be an existing GoDaddy Payments customer.
3. The Prospect must get approved to onboard to GoDaddy Payments and start transacting.
4. The Prospect must currently have a minimum of $100,000 in annual payments processing volume as confirmed and determined in GoDaddy Payments sole discretion.

If all of the above requirements are not met, the Prospect shall not be a Valid Referral. 

Referral Rewards

For each Valid Referral, if such Valid Referral enters into an agreement with GoDaddy Payments, and processes payments using GoDaddy Payments, GoDaddy shall pay you (the “Referrer”) and the prospect a one-time payment of One Hundred Dollars in virtual gift card (“Referral Reward”).  Only one Referral Reward will be paid per Valid Referral, even if there are multiple referral sources, and GoDaddy may allocate the Referral Reward in its sole discretion.

Payment of the Referral Reward shall be made by GoDaddy Payments to either the individual Referrer or the entity Referrer within thirty (30) days of the end of the calendar month in which GoDaddy receives payment from the Valid Referral for the GoDaddy Payment service.  

Payments of the Referral Reward are exclusive of, and you shall pay all taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges arising from the payment of any Referral Reward owed to you under these Terms (excluding any taxes arising from GoDaddy’s income).

Termination

GoDaddy may terminate these Terms or the Program at any time upon written notice to you or limit the number of participants in the Program in its sole discretion. GoDaddy may remove you from the Program at any time for any reason. GoDaddy’s payment obligations do not survive termination or expiration; provided that GoDaddy shall pay you any payments owed for any Valid Referral who enters into an agreement with GoDaddy, launches the GoDaddy Payment Services, and processes payments using the GoDaddy Payment Services within 60 days from the date of termination of these Terms.
