Where allowed by applicable law, for customers who purchase a product or service from us, we will infer your consent to receive promotional electronic messages related to that product or service unless you tell us you do not wish to continue receiving such messages by choosing to Opt-Out of such communications.

Transactional Electronic Messages

Where allowed by applicable law, the consent settings for promotional electronic messages do not apply to communications we send to you for transactional, informational, or essential purposes. For example, we are required by our contracts and other legal requirements to send you certain transactional communications (e.g., domain renewal information). We may send you transactional, informational, or essential electronic messages through any available contact method allowed under applicable laws.

Phone Calls and Postal Mail

We use an Opt-Out standard for phone calls and postal mail. This means you will receive promotional messages from us through these channels unless you tell us you do not wish to receive them. You can Opt-Out of receiving promotional messages by phone and postal mail by setting your communications preferences in Account Settings.
