Create a Show in Bio
You can create a Show in Bio on your mobile phone or from a browser on your computer.
- Visit https://showin.bio, and then select Buy Now. You may be asked to sign in to your GoDaddy account.
- From the dropdown menu, select a subscription option.
- Select a payment method (PayPal or card) and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
- If you’re ready to set up your Show in Bio, select Continue. (You can also do this later by signing in to your GoDaddy product page, expanding Websites + Marketing and selecting your Show in Bio.)
- Choose a unique profile link. We’ll let you know if the one you’ve chosen has already been taken so you can choose a different link. The link is in the format https://showin.bio/[your unique name].
Warning: You won’t be able to change your Show in Bio profile name later, so make sure you’re happy with the one you choose before moving on from this screen. If you have a custom domain or plan to buy one, you can change this link to that domain later.
- Select Continue.
- Select Upload Image. Pick an image that showcases your product and helps customers understand it. Images should be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .bmp format, cannot be bigger than 10 MB or smaller than 10 KB, and must be at least 400 px wide.
Note: If you need help creating images and videos, GoDaddy Studio is a tool that helps you quickly design engaging content.
- Add your product details. To have artificial intelligence (AI) generate a catchy product name and description from your images, and even suggest a price, select Suggest with AI. You can edit this information if it’s not quite what you’re after. (To complete this step later, at the bottom of the screen, select Skip):
- Add a product name: If you haven’t used AI to automatically generate your product name, price and description, enter a unique name for your product. You can also edit the AI-generated suggestion here.
- Select your currency and price: You can choose different currencies for each product and set any price. If you enter 0 or leave the price blank, the product will be free (e.g. if you’re offering a free give-away).
- Add a product description: Enter a description in the space provided or edit the AI-generated description, if needed.
- Select Continue to Publish or Skip.
- Continue to Publish: Your Show in Bio will be published immediately and you can keep adding more products and information.
- Skip: Continue editing your Show in Bio before publishing it.
- To add more products and information to your Show in Bio later, follow the steps for editing your Show in Bio.
