Install ionCube in my Web Hosting (cPanel) account
ionCube lets you protect your website's PHP code from being viewed and run on unlicensed computers. Follow these steps to install ionCube on your Web Hosting (cPanel) account.
Note: ionCube cannot be installed in a Managed WordPress hosting account.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Under Web Hosting, next to the Web Hosting (cPanel) account you want to use, select Manage.
- In the account Dashboard, select cPanel Admin.
- On the cPanel Home page, in the Software section, select Select PHP Version.
- In the list of PHP extensions, select the box for ioncube_loader, and then select Save.
