Trademark Claims services will be available as required by ICANN for a period of ninety (90) days from the time of General Availability. During this period, anyone attempting to register a domain name matching a mark that is recorded in the Trademark Clearinghouse will receive a notification displaying the relevant mark information. If the notified party goes ahead and registrars the domain name, the Trademark Clearinghouse will inform the trademark holder(s) that the domain name corresponding to the record in the Trademark Clearing house has been registered.

Given that the TLD has been designated as a “.BRAND TLD” under Specification 13 of its Registration Agreement, Registry Operator intends to operate the TLD for its exclusive use and its policies are designed to prevent from any misuse or infringement of third party rights.
