This disclosure (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications, agreements, and notices related to the products and services you are using that GoDaddy.com, LLC or its affiliates ("GoDaddy") provide to you regarding GoDaddy products and services. These communications ("Communications") include notices about your account, updates, and any documents related to your use of the services. By using or applying for the services, you consent to receive these Communications electronically and agree to the use of electronic signatures. If you do not agree, you may not be able to use certain services.
2. Covered CommunicationsCommunications include, but are not limited to:
- Disclosure statements related to your use of the services;
- Legally required disclosures;
- Billing information, receipts, and account history;
- Notices and alerts regarding your account or changes to services;
- Tax documents and other relevant notices;
- Any other communications related to your account or services;
- This agreement covers communications from service providers or any partners.
Unless otherwise required by law, Communications will be provided via the following methods:

- Notification through your dashboard or related applications;
- Text messages to your registered phone number;
- Emails sent to your registered email address;
- Any other agreed-upon electronic methods.
Please note that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier, and message frequency may vary.
4. Electronic SignaturesCommunications signed electronically by you or service providers will carry the same legal weight as physically signed documents. If requested, you must also sign Communications electronically.
5. System RequirementsTo access and retain electronic Communications, you will need:
- A device with internet access (e.g., computer, tablet, or smartphone);
- A modern, compatible web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge);
- A valid email account;
- An operating system capable of displaying or downloading Communications;

9. Updating Contact InformationIt is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details, including your email address, are up to date. You can update this information in your dashboard.
10. U.S. Federal LawIf you're in the U.S., you agree that this agreement is governed by the federal E-SIGN Act, and you intend to engage in transactions electronically in compliance with that law.
