Remove an attendee from a scheduled appointment or event
If you receive notice that a customer can’t make a scheduled appointment or event, you can remove their booking without canceling the entire event at any time after they’ve booked up to the scheduled time.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
- On your dashboard, expand Appointments, and then select Calendar.
- Select the scheduled booking you want to modify.
- Select the attendee that needs to delete their booking.
- Select Delete to ensure that only the attendee is removed from the event and not the entire event.
Note: Email confirmations of the cancellation are automatically sent to the site owner and the attendee.
