When can I expect my payouts to arrive?
In general, your payouts should be available at your financial institution on the next business day and are transferred to your bank account free of charge. However, fund arrival depends on your Close of Day (COD) time as follows:
- If your Close of Day time is set to 5:00 AM PT, 12:00 PM PT or 5:00 PM PT, the estimated payout arrival is on the next business day.
- If your Close of Day time is set to 11:59 PM PT, the estimated payout arrival is in two business days.
Example: If today is Monday and your COD time is set to 5:00 AM PT, 12:00 PM PT or 5:00 PM PT you should receive your standard payout on Tuesday. If, on Monday, your COD is set to 11:59 PM PT, the estimated payout arrival time is on Wednesday. If it's Friday, Saturday or Sunday and your COD time is set to 5:00 AM PT, 12:00 PM PT or 5:00 PM PT you should receive your standard payout on Monday, but if it's set to 11:59 PM PT the payout should arrive on Tuesday.
Important information about your financial institution and your fund availability
The payout schedule described in this article is based on the cadence in which we send money to your bank account and our estimate of when the funds will be available at your financial institution (estimated payout arrival time). It’s possible that your bank may hold your payout funds as pending for an additional period before making them available to you.
