Allow customers to book online appointments from Facebook and Instagram
Let your potential customers book appointments with you directly from your Facebook and Instagram accounts, making it easier for you to reach them where they are.
Before you start:
- Confirm you've connected your Websites + Marketing site to Facebook. If you don't have a Facebook page, you can create one during this process. You'll then need to restart the process to connect the page to your GoDaddy website.
- If you're using Instagram, confirm you've linked your Instagram Professional profile and Facebook accounts, and connected your Websites + Marketing site to Instagram.
- Make sure you've added services to your website for customers to book.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down to Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
- On your dashboard, expand Appointments, and then select Settings.
- Select Booking Channels.
- Select Connect.
- Verify that you want to continue with your account, or log in to another account.
- Select the Facebook page you want to connect to your GoDaddy account.
- Grant GoDaddy permission to enable business features on your page.
- Choose and verify the GoDaddy site that will connect to the page.
- When you're done, go to your Facebook Page to view your services.
On Instagram, you only see the Book button when viewing your account in the app on a phone or tablet. It doesn't appear when viewing your account on a browser on a desktop or laptop.
The first 3 services listed in your Services page appear on your Facebook page. Reorder your services if you want to change which ones appear. If you change your first 3 services, it may take up to an hour for the Facebook page to update.
Your Facebook Page's About section can link to any website, which may be a different link than the Book Now button.
