Block or unblock a number in GoDaddy Conversations

1. Sign in to your GoDaddy Conversations mobile app on iOS.
2. In the lower-left corner, tap Conversations to see a list of all your unarchived conversations.
   

Block a number from within your inbox

3. On the number you want to block, slightly swipe left. (If you accidentally swipe all the way left, the conversation will be archived. To undo this, restore the conversation from the archive.)
4. Tap Block.
   
5. To confirm, tap Block Number.
   

Block a number from within a conversation thread

You can also block a number when you're in a conversation thread.

3. Tap the conversation linked to the number you want to block.
4. In the upper-right corner, tap More.
5. Tap Block Number.
6. To confirm, tap Block.
   

Unblock a blocked number from your inbox

3. On the number you want to unblock, slightly swipe left. (If you accidentally swipe all the way left, the conversation will be archived. To undo this, restore the conversation from the archive.)
4. Tap Unblock.
   
5. To confirm, tap Unblock Number.
   

Unblock a blocked number from within a conversation thread

3. Tap the number you want to unblock.
   
4. In the upper-right corner, tap More.
5. Tap Unblock Number.
   
6. To confirm, tap Unblock Number again.

Unblock a blocked number from your settings

If you deleted a thread from a blocked number, you can still unblock the number.

1. In the lower-right corner, tap Account.
2. To the right of Business Calling & Texting, tap the arrow and then tap Settings.
   
3. Tap Blocked Numbers.
   
4. Tap the number you want to unblock.
5. To confirm, tap Unblock Number.
