If you suspect there's malware on your domain's website, you can use the following tools.
Free - Sucuri SiteCheck
Sucuri SiteCheck will remotely scan a website for known malware, viruses, blocklisting status, website errors, out-of-date software, and malicious code.
Disclaimer: Remote scanners have limited access and results are not guaranteed.
Free - Google Safe Browsing
Google continually monitors sites across the internet for malware. You can see if they've detected any malware on your site through the Google Safe Browsing Status at https://www.google.com/transparencyreport/safebrowsing/diagnostic/.
However, this tool does not actively scan your website, nor does it help you remove malware.
Paid - Website Security from GoDaddy
GoDaddy offers a product called Website Security that will scan your website for malware. Unlike Google's Safe Browsing tools, Website Security scans your website's files actively and can help you remove malware it finds.
