Remove a dedicated IP address from my hosting account
Here's how to remove a dedicated IP address from your Web Hosting (cPanel) or Windows Hosting (Plesk) account.
Required: If your hosted domains are not in the same GoDaddy account, you may need to update your domain's A record to keep your website live.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Under Web Hosting, next to the hosting account you want to modify, select Options.
- Select the Customize tab.
- In the Server IP list, select Shared (default).
- Select Save Changes.
