Selling Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy

As a GoDaddy reseller, you can sell a wide spectrum of products with Microsoft 365. Your customers will see GoDaddy branding in a few places, such as the product page and the Terms of Use page.

Opt in to sell Microsoft 365

If you’re interested in selling Microsoft 365, you can opt in through the Reseller Control Center. For more information, see the Reseller Agreement.

Once you opt in, Microsoft 365 will be the only email offering for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. In all other markets, both Microsoft 365 and Professional Email, which is entirely white labeled, will be available for customers to purchase.

Requirements for custom storefronts

To sell Microsoft 365 on a custom storefront, certain requirements must be met:

  1. Any advertising or custom page that sells Microsoft 365 must include, on the page advertising the plans, a mention of GoDaddy's involvement. For example, you can use the following statement: "Microsoft 365 is provisioned by GoDaddy.com, LLC. Please see terms and conditions for more details."
  2. Microsoft 365 must be the only email offering on your website if your customer is in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Australia.
Note: Changed your mind? Contact our GoDaddy Guides to opt out of selling Microsoft 365. The product won't be sold on your storefront, but customers that already purchased the product from your store can still use and renew it without interruption.
