As the Chief People Officer at GoDaddy, Monica leads a team focused on creating an awesome employee experience and inclusive culture for our company. She’s passionate about bringing together people from all walks of life to make a difference — whether it’s for employees, or our millions of go-getting customers around the world. With 20+ years of experience, Monica has been there and done that — recruiting, HR Business Partner, M&A, C-suite succession and development, coaching and consulting. At GoDaddy she designed many of our people processes, including our blocking bias in performance reviews, our leveling and career structure and our GoDaddy Voice focused on listening to employees and acting on our collective feedback. Monica lives in Seattle and in her downtime, she enjoys time with her friends watching live music, traveling and adventures with her family.
