Susanna Walsh is the Head of Customer Success at Shippo, an API and dashboard that helps ecommerce businesses create, track, and manage shipments all from one location. Susanna works with merchants to help them expand their business and scale shipping across the world. Her knowledge on shipping operations and incredible ability to retell it in layman terms is unbeknownst to us all.
