Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you currently do at GoDaddy?

I am an Arizona native and having grown up in Northern Arizona, I naturally spent a lot of time outdoors on Lake Powell and the surrounding desert/mountains. I enjoy and active lifestyle, being outdoors, and competing in Spartan mud runs. I served 4 years in the Army, where I started my career in Telecom as a “Tech Controller”. I have been with GoDaddy for 6 years after most of my career being with ISP’s / Inter-exchange carriers. I love the culture of GoDaddy and the transition has been the best decision of my career. I started my tenure as Sr. Manager of the Networking Health team, taking a role as Director of Network Backbone Engineering in late 2021. I am a highly experienced leader and developer of teams and individuals, ensuring and cultivating cohesiveness, teamwork, and growth. I excel at empowering individuals on their journey to self-mastery, to be their best, and enable them to reach their career goals. As a leader, I am there to help others succeed, resulting in the highest possible success for the team and organization.

Outside of work, you have a Coaching/Training business in Personality Science. Would you mind sharing more about it and how it came to be?

Yes, I am a Certified Coach & Trainer / CodeBreaker Technologies — Personality based system that has been scientifically proven to predict buying behavior and increase sales by up to 300%. Essentially, it comes down to relationships in all areas of life and that is the foundation of the system and the science of B.A.N.K (CodeBreaker Tech). Like other personality systems, it dates back 2 ½ centuries to philosophies and teachings of Hippocrates. I think of myself as a lifelong learner, open to new technologies/learning opportunities and also gravitate to systems and structure. All of which came to fruition when I saw this opportunity. It also spoke to me on a spiritual level as it presented me with the opportunity to join the mission of “Make People Matter” and “One World One Language”. Even though I have been successful with my career choices, there has long been a desire that has manifested further in the past 5 to 10 years. That desire is to really make a mark in my life, to do something that really makes a difference, and that helps people/society on a grand scale. I am living my passion by teaching and coaching people on ways to be more successful and strengthen their relationships (sales to personal and everywhere in between).

What are your biggest goals for your business, throughout the remainder of this year?

My goals for the remainder of the year are to share and mentor as many people as possible, sharing the system and my expertise, assisting them with their relationships and enabling them to increase revenue, reduce risk, and do so with less effort and time. There are also some research and development efforts with C3 on a possible proof of concept. I am also working with Maja Loncar and GoDaddy Pro EMEA with a focus on the WordPress community. I would certainly like to collaborate further with her and others in the community. How has GoDaddy assisted you build out your company?

I feel GoDaddy has assisted me in this endeavor more from a cultural basis. Our values, mission, and what I have learned from other entrepreneurs. We are a community of individuals that support each other and empower each other’s success and I love that!

What’s your motto or personal mantra?

I have two: I always look to maintain a positive mindset and find a positive in any situation. I have found that there is almost always a positive to be found and that by doing so my mental health and life is much richer for it.

My new favorite motto is to follow the Platinum Rule versus the Golden Rule as people may want to be treated differently than you treat yourself. So, the Platinum Rule is “Treat others the way they want to be treated”.
