That’s why we’re looking for new members to become part of the GoDaddy UK Customer Council. It’s completely free to join – all you need to do is complete this 5-minute survey!
What is the GoDaddy Customer Council?
Our Customer Council is a private online community of GoDaddy users who provide us with regular insights into our products and services.
It doesn’t matter how familiar you are with our products, or whether you’ve built one or 100 websites, as anyone is welcome to join!
What does it involve?
As a member of our Customer Council, you’ll be invited to take part in exclusive polls, surveys and discussion forums each week on a range of topics, including upcoming marketing campaigns, our brand performance and more.
These invitations are entirely optional, although your feedback is incredibly important to us as it helps us to ensure that our products and services continue to suit your needs. We’ll even share our results with you so that you can see exactly how your comments have been implemented and actualised!
What are the benefits of joining?
As a thank you for your feedback, you’ll be rewarded with points for each activity that you take part in.
The number of points that you’ll receive will vary depending on how involving and time-consuming the activity is. At the end of each month, these points will be converted into entries for our prize draw, with each point constituting an entry. For example, 1 point will equal 1 entry, while 3 points equals 3 entries.
The winner of our monthly prize draw will receive a gift card of their choice from our pre-selected list of vendors, which includes Amazon and Starbucks.
How do I join?
If you’re interested in becoming a member of our Customer Council, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
- You must be a current GoDaddy customer
- You must be at least 18 years old or older
- You must reside within the UK
- You must not be a GoDaddy employee

Although anyone is welcome to apply, we’ll only be asking a select number of customers to join but we appreciate your taking the time to submit your application!
