Andy Walker loves to bake. During the 27 years he worked as a software developer, he was hungry for the sweet taste of success as a baker. Finally, he decided to trade in the keyboard for the kitchen and started Gingerbread Bakery.
Andy and his team have a simple, delicious mission: To kick-start your day with a personalised cake delivery; be it Chocolate Brownies, Lemon Drizzle, Fruit Cake, or his own very special Gingerbread - delivered straight to your door from their bakery near Market Drayton, the home of Gingerbread.
I started setting out plans in February but then Covid-19 started to take hold and I thought it wouldn’t happen. However, my online store is working brilliantly and, one day, I would love to compliment my website with a bakery in town. - Andy Walker

Gingerbread Bakery works with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and they use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality and that special ‘home baked’ taste that sends you right down memory lane.

All of Andy’s kitchen creations are carefully boxed-up and delivered to you - typically, the next day - if you order before 10am. And, that packing and delivery charge is included in the price!
