We’re Live!

As the economic landscape continues to shift as a result of COVID-19, GoDaddy is working with teams of academic researchers and data scientists to deepen our analysis and update our publicly downloadable datasets. We’ll be updating this website in the coming months with insights into how ventures can support a stronger recovery from this economic downturn, with lessons and previously unmeasured factors from the 2008 recession.

Today we’re excited to share with you over two years of research studying how everyday entrepreneurs are impacting the US economy and their communities. We’ve tested this data with hundreds of academics, data scientists, business and policy leaders, and elected officials. We now invite you to explore the data, see how different factors affect the growth of ventures in a region and create your own data visualizations using the city region ranking tool.
