删除我的域名

We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your domain registration. We're sad to see you go, but we're here to help along the way. Canceling your domain will remove it from your account and any products using the canceled domain will stop working. If you're not currently using the domain, you can list your domain for sale instead of removing it from your account completely.

1. 登录 GoDaddy 域名组合。（登录需要帮助？查找您的用户名或密码。）
2. 选择单个域名以访问Domain Settings （域名设置）页面。
   
3. Under the Advanced section, select Delete Domain.
4. Select the checkbox next to Yes, I consent to delete the selected domains. to confirm deletion.
   
   • 您可能符合退款资格，但我们不保证您能获得退款。
   • Any products connected to your domain, such as a website or email, will stop working after deletion. You can manually cancel these products, or connect your website and email to a different domain.
5. Select Continue to delete your domain.
   
   • 如果您的域名具有域名保护，则需要验证您的身份。如果您已启用两步验证（2SV）至少24小时，请输入我们通过短信发送的验证码，或输入验证器应用程序提供的验证码。否则，请输入我们发送到您注册人电子邮件地址的一次性密码。

您将看到 Success（成功）确认消息，告知您域名已删除。

• 注册局可能会先保留您取消的域名，之后将其释放以供他人使用。一旦释放，您或许可以重新注册它。
• 有关退款资格，请参阅我们的退款政策。
• 如果您决定保留您的域名，可以升级域名保护。
